Xicheng permanent magnet fan can limit the power limit of the motor through the driver, so that the motor always maintains a high efficiency working range. In the case of low load rate, the efficiency and power factor reduction of permanent magnet motor is very small, and it can still maintain high efficiency within the larger load variation range, and the efficiency range is wider. Therefore, compared with the asynchronous motor, the permanent magnet motor can have a better match, the same working condition, the same speed, the permanent magnet motor can choose to be 1 level smaller than the asynchronous motor, and the efficiency is higher.
For example, under the same working condition, the useful work done by the 15KW permanent magnet motor is basically the same as that done by the 22KW three-phase asynchronous motor, and even more efficient.
